Jennifer
Jennifer is a certified Pilates instructor with an interest in enhancing the body in order to achieve optimal function/performance. Jennifer is an instructor at some of London’s top Fitness Establishments including Third Space, Ten Health and Fitness, Pilates Circuit. Her specialism and experience is in Performing Arts with clients including dancers, actors, singers and Musical Theatre performers.Fitness has been a constant in her life with extensive training in Mat and Reformer Pilates for over 12 years. Jennifer has spent the majority of her professional life in performing arts working as a professional Opera Singer (Royal Academy of Music Aluma) and Vocal Technique teacher with over five years teaching at University level – working closely with numerous performers; Conducting Movement, Pilates, and Yoga workshops as well as 1-1 sessions.
Rebecca
Rebecca’s decade-long journey as a movement educator showcases her dedication to empowering students. With over 1500 hours of comprehensive yoga training, including certifications in Hatha, Ashtanga, Prana Vashya, Pre/Post Natal,and Womb Yoga, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the body to her Level 3 Pilates instruction.

I’ve always had a passion and enjoyment for movement and mindful exercise, therefore when I discovered and tried Reformer Pilates, I instantly fell in love with the practice and knew its something I wanted to pursue a career in. My love for Pilates developed from years of being passionate about fitness, especially running, which gave me a deep understanding of the importance of strength, flexibility, and recovery in overall well-being. Throughout the past year I’ve had the pleasure of teaching a wide range of clients, from beginners to individuals with plenty of experience, helping them to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

Stephanie is a dedicated class teacher with over six years of experience in delivering high-quality fitness classes. She has a passion for Pilates and helping people achieve their goals. She is qualified in mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, and Les Mills BodyPump and RPM. Stephanie creates engaging classes tailored to individual needs, focusing on building strength and increased flexibility. She inspires her clients to thrive on their fitness journeys. She appreciates the mind-body connection that Pilates fosters and recognizes its benefits in injury rehabilitation, core stability, customised workouts all in a low impact class.
