1. General Terms
By attending Select Pilates classes, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
Select Pilates reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Booking and Payments
All classes must be booked in advance via our website or app. Payments for classes are required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website. Select Pilates offers single class bookings, class packages, and membership options. Prices are subject to change, and any adjustments will be updated on our website.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable.
In the event that Select Pilates cancels a class, you will be offered a refund or credit towards a future class.
Class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
4. Studio Etiquette
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to allow for check-in and preparation.
If you are late, entry into the class may be refused to avoid disruption.
Clean, appropriate workout attire must be worn during sessions.
All equipment should be wiped down and returned to its proper place after use.
5. Health and Safety
You acknowledge that participation in Pilates and other physical activities involves inherent risks. By attending classes, you affirm that you are in good physical condition and able to engage in exercise activities.
If you have any pre-existing health conditions or injuries, you are responsible for consulting with a medical professional before participating.
Select Pilates and its instructors are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss sustained in connection with your use of the facilities or participation in classes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Select Pilates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, except as required by law.
Our maximum liability to you for any claims arising out of the use of our services is limited to the total fees paid by you to Select Pilates in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Personal Belongings
Select Pilates is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please ensure your belongings are safely stored in the provided storage areas.
8. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected through bookings or inquiries is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Select Pilates website, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is the property of Select Pilates. Unauthorized use or distribution of this material is prohibited.
